This role provides a link between the project team and our Hosting Operations teams. This is supported by a shared ticket/work flow system requiring the creation and administration of work activities that provide the inputs to execution of scripts, scheduled jobs, or infrastructure set-up/revisions. The SaaS deployment of product and infrastructure configurations manifest in this team and this role is a catalyst to ensure that work is completed, as requested, by the time expected.
Create and administer required workflow tickets aligned with the Bottomline procedures
Deploy product configuration, infrastructure configurations, and software release updates (releases, service packs, hot-fixes)
Facilitate and participate in telecommunications connectivity discussions with our Hosting Network Management team and the customer to ensure collection and documentation of required infrastructure configurations / parameters
Develop and document new processes and procedures to make customer implementations faster with higher quality
Perform high level data analysis and project review when supporting customers and trouble-shooting issues
Perform Tests on client applications using the appropriate tools that emulates the client’s experience.
Facilitate a high level of communication within the entire organization, third party related entities and providing detailed information with Tier 1 clients as needed
Participate in internal issues review and/or discussions and client calls as needed
Perform technical analysis and level of effort estimates for assigned tasks
Perform level of effort estimates for change orders
Contribute to SOW/FS/Tech Specs as needed
Must be able to interact with customer and Bottomline technical resources to drive work efforts and support resolution management activities.
Prior experience working with external customer software implementations is a plus.
Both administrative and practical knowledge of PCs, Network environments, Databases (specifically MSSQL and Oracle), multiple operating systems (AIX, Linux, Solaris, UNIX and Windows), XML.
Working understanding and knowledge of J2EE Application Server Administration, specifically JBoss, WebSphere and/or WebLogic.
Experience working across multiple organizations to find answers and resolve issues.
Background in cash management is a plus.
Familiarity with SalesForce, JIRA or similar ticketing system is preferred.
Working conceptual knowledge of Cloud / SaaS computing a big plus.
Currently be eligible to work in the United States.
Good command of verbal and written English language.
